Hi Sandeep,
Deutsche bank is a better option. The reason is that even if you open a blocked account with Kotak Mahindra you have to open a blocked account after arriving in Germany. Kotak will transfer the money to this bank which is eventually either Deutsche or some other local bank. This process might be time consuming as heard from many students. While for Deutsche bank you don't have to open additional accounts in local banks. So, to avoid unnecessary hassles just go with Deutsche Bank.
