According to their website, candidates securing equal to or more than the NEET 2022 (UG) Cutoff marks will be considered for admission.
And the cut-off is said to be 55% for the General category, 45-50% for OBC Category, and 30-40% for SC/ST Category.
Hope it helped!

You can try for the counseling for sure, although your rank is more. No need to worry there are many private institutes that offer BSc in Agriculture with good placements offers. As I am from Punjab I can tell Chandigarh University offers BSc in Agriculture and have full furnished Department with reputed faculty. They have a foreign exchange program also.
Eligibility: 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/ Biology/ Agriculture with at least 60% marks in aggregate.

You need to score at least 380+ marks to get veterinary seat in Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University under state quota as per last year of cutoff. The cutoff marks varies every year. It depends upon number of candidates, number of seats available and difficulties of the question paper.
