For 2022, the cut-off was 89651 for the General category candidates in the All India quota for Discontinued (Feb 2023) -BTech in Computer Science and Engineering (Data Science) in RGPV - Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya. For female candidates in the general category under All India quota 0 was the closing rank. BTech cut-off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant.

RGPV - Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya will release 6-8 rounds of JEE Main cutoffs for admission to B.Tech. The cutoffs will be released on a rolling basis, and the seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The cutoffs will be based on the following factors:

  • The JEE Main score of the candidate
  • The category of the candidate
  • The number of seats available in the course

Candidates must visit the official website of entrance exam to read clear instructions on how to proceed with the counselling process, once the round is released.

The last year 2022 cutoff ranks for BTech in Computer Science and Business System at RGPV - Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya other than General category are - 114463 for PWD. While the admissions are based on the scores/rank obtained in JEE exam, the last cut offs also change a lot depending on All India quota or Home State. It also varies if the applicant is a female.

For the 4-year B. Tech. & B.E. UG courses, the lateral entry will be offered in the second year. This Jaypee lateral entry entrance test (LEET) is also considered the State-level Entrance Examination.
The applicants will be given admissions through lateral entry in the same branches which they had already passed from.
The following sectors are eligible for lateral entry for the B. Tech. & B.E. courses:
Chemical Engineering
Civil Engineering
Computer Science Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Electronics and Communication Engineering

Here exams happen in 3 phases (t1, t2, t3) you can miss the t1, t2 but can't miss the t3 but if you miss the t3 they won't pass you for the next semester.
