No, for regular B.E. / B.Tech admission at UIET Kurukshetra University, you need a valid JEE Main score and must participate in HSTES centralized counseling. OLET (Online Entrance Test) is specifically for lateral entry admissions to the second year of the B.Tech programme for Diploma holders.
