There are no compulsory papers of maths in law degree course, however, every student has to under one compulsory course on quantitative techniques and statistics paper.

DY Patil and Bharati Vidyapeeth both are good as they are good deemed universities and are never involved in any of the territorial jurisdiction violation. SMU is a scam and have involved in lot of controversies. Welingkar is a bigger scam as they are offering diploma not MBA which do not have any value.

Please refer UGC website for such approved institute. Few universities like NMIMS have exchange program where with certain conditions one student can spend few times abroad.

NL Dalmia is way better an option among the two due to its location, better placement scenarios and brand name. Also, Dalmia is widely considered as one of the best B-schools in and around Mumbai specifically for Finance:

10+2 marks don't really matter but you have to have at least 60% of marks in English. Getting admission in IHM, Mumbai majorly depends on the rank you score in NCHMCT JEE exam.

You won't get into SIMSREE at this score. You can get into Welingkar, SIES, PUMBA, Dalmia, etc. I would recommend giving CAT exam again and also CET exam.

It is a profile based selection and weightage is given to various factors like your entrance score, group activity/personal interview, work ex, p3 test, past academics. Based on all factors, the students are allotted marks out of 480 and are ranked based on that. After that, selected students choose the course they want as per the subject and availability. A higher rank candidate is first preferred for core PGDM.
