I am not sure about other two but Welingkar Institute of Management has a great reputation.

There is minor difference between B.Sc CS and B.Sc IT. There is an overlap of syllabus between 80 to 90% in both the graduation degrees. Syllabus of CS emphasise on theoritical Computational Sciences. IT emphasise on computer application in business. Both graduation degrees can help students to get junior level developer and tester role. Students are advised to plan education upto PG for a meaningful career in IT industry.

So effectively the amount you earn now in 2 years. Will be earned by you in 4 years. On the other hand, you would have an MBA degree which is valuable in many aspects.
