It is good since you have job experience but full time is better
there are many part time colleges affiliated to mumbai university like sydenham,welingkar,somaiya and many more

you didn't get admission on the basis of jee main first of all you to clear jee main after that jee advance you will get admission in iit Bombay on the basis jee adv rankings, generally cutoff of iit b is 124 that means your rank should be in top 124.

So if you are already doing btech from iitb it is a good option as you get master degree in 1 year and then pursue higher education. On the other hand if you are getting admission to mtech it totally depends on college there are colleges which are better than iit also there are which are not .Also the fees of foreign colleges is way too high than iits so one need a scholarship too. But at the end it comes to level of college.

Both colleges are good in its way. If we talk of placement welingar has average package of around 7.5 lpa while Bimtech has average package of 6.5 -7 lpa. Both college have close to 100% placement.

The percentile is low so I'll suggest you to prepare for Maharashtra MBa-CET 2017 and try to get good percentile to secure good college
but you can still try this year at Durgadevi saraf
