Since your rank is above 25000, you may get a seat in the college but not for CSE, as for the branch, you should have a ranking of max 5000-6000.

The eligibility for the course is securing 45% in any UG course. But, if there may be entrance test, so it would be better that you fulfill the condition to entrance test i.e, CLAT.

Admission through lateral entry in Karnataka State is being done Only through KEA (Karnataka Examination Authority) and Diploma CET is a must. Hence, the fee for Lateral Entry students will be only as fixed by Govt. of Karnataka plus College Fee.
