I have gone through the website of KSOU. However, there is no such details provided. You can pursue your course from IGNOU also. It is also a well established name in the field of distance education.

Look, generally good institutes prefer students who have more than 60% throughout their educational career, there are others that accept 50% or above.
Few institutes consider candidates below 50% also but there are other parameters (like entrance tests, Interview rounds) as well that needs to be fulfilled.
