It's very often to transfer admission from one branch to another under same private universities. In case of different universities, you need to prove the emergency and urgency of doing so. If both colleges do agree and other college has a seat regarding the same, they will take you in. It varies from University to university so you clearly need to talk about this to your counselling department and higher authorities. Hope they get you and make the best decision for you. Thank you.
