What is your domicile state, because cut-off vary a lot based upon your home state?
How have OBC students performed in your state and overall?
However, under 15% All INDIA Quota, the last cut-off rank in which OBC category student got admission is approx. 8300 that too in the 2nd round of counselling.

The course content of petroleum engineering comprises of the methodology of Oil & Gas extraction technology, relevant basic sciences, and engineering can be applied for the exploration, drilling, production, and refining of petroleum. Both are good colleges, where Tuli is a private college with an attached hotel, and Tirpude is a government college with a long line of established alumni.
