For doing aeronautical engineering, one need not work on the aircraft and hence students have no opportunity for this. But if you are doing AME course then working on aircraft is a must.

Join as an officer in Indian Air Force. It is required that you have to play year the NDA exam but for the living there is 2 exams. One is the NDA exam and another one is the B tech 10+2 TES Entry. You are aware about NDA let me tell you about 10 + 2 TES entry. The eligibility criteria for a candidate is that your aggregate score in PCM in 12th should be 70% or above. And you should have appeared the JEE Mains exam. After graduation there is lots of chances. Like UES Entry, CDS, AFCAT, SSC TGC etc. You can opt for be after completing graduation.
