You would be having a CAP round where you need to give preference of the college. On declaration of the list, you are allotted a college. If you get Cummins, you have to visit the admission office and confirm your admission by paying the fees.

Nowadays, competition is so tough that many students want to get admission in good colleges. I went through your marks and saw that you are a little bit on low scoring side. As Ramdeobaba is an autonomous college, it has high cutoff. So, according to me it is not possible to get admission in the same. I would recommend you to go for any other college with good placement record and facility.

No, you can't as the minimum marks required for the JEE to get admission into any NIT is 75% for the general & OBC candidates and 65% for the SC/ST students.
