Full time MBA is better in comparison to MBA through distance learning because it provide opportunities for interactions with faculty and fellow students, placement help and more case studies and discussions. In case, you do not have any personal reasons for doing MBA through distance learning, it is recommended that you opt for full-time MBA.

There are various colleges accepting MAT score for admission in MBA/PGDM, since most of the institutes are private institutes they offer PGDM, very few are offering MBA degree on the basis of MAT score.
Below are the name of those colleges which are offering MBA on the basis of MAT score with good package and exposure:
