No, you cannot participate if you have not been given a merit rank in the UCEED 2026.
Counseling process for UCEED 2026 will be conducted as a Joint Seat Allotment process. To participate in the counseling, the candidate must have qualified for the UCEED 2026 and assigned a merit rank in the UCEED exam. If the candidate doesn't have a merit rank, he or she is not eligible to participate the counseling-cum-seat allotment process.

The eligibility criteria for Chanakya Merit cum Means Scholarship at Chanakya University is as follows:
- Indicative Financial Eligibility Slab:
1. Less than 3 Lakhs per Annum: 100%
2. 3-6 Lakhs Per Annum: 75%
3. 6-8 Lakhs Per Annum: 50%
- Academic Eligibility :85% and above in Class 10 and Class 12
- CSET Performance: Score of 50% and above in the Chanakya Scholarship Eligibility Test.

The criteria for shortlisting students for Chanakya University Merit cum Means Scholarship are as follows:
- SSLC/10th Score in Percentage: 10%
- Writeup/SOP (Language- English): 10%
- PUC/12th Score in Percentage: 10%
- CSET Score: 35%

CBSE does not prepare or release an official merit list. They does not release the toppers list. Instead, they issue merit certificates to the top 0.1% students in each subject who achieve the highest marks.

The MH CET Law merit list is made by the State CET Cell, Maharashtra, using the raw scores and percentile earned by candidates in the exam. It works as a ranking list of students who qualify for the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) rounds.
The process first brings out a provisional merit list, and after checking and solving any grievances, the final merit list is published.

The MH CET Law 2026 merit list has not been released yet. The 3-year LLB exam was conducted on April 1 and April 2, 2026. After the result announcement, the merit list will be released under the CAP (Centralized Admission Process) on the CET Cell website.
