There's no issue in being a resident of Jharkhand to get admitted into vssut, but there might be a state quota. Given your rank, it depends upon the branch preferences and real counselling to know whether you can get into vssut. There are also other courses like dual degree if you want if you don't get a seat in B.Tech.

I think you will. But given the COVID scenario there will be some irregularities in the seat matrix as the students may not prefer to get admitted to a good but distant place college this year.

If knowledge is concern choose NMIMS. Faculty members and Course Content are excellent. Brand Value of NMIMS is very high. They have best experienced faculty members and programme is very flexible for working professionals to manage along with there work. My senior has completed the programme from NMIMS and he is in awe of the programme. Must go for it!
ICFAI, SGUV, GITAM and Symbiosis doesn't even stand a chance when it comes for distance education.

Hello shubhangi Gupta, Artificial intelligence has just made its appearance in the Indian market. It's actually the sunrise area of studies and application. Hence I would strongly recommend that you should go in for M.Tech in this interesting and upcoming subject. Best wishes to you.
