SRM University, Chennai is more expensive than KIIT, Bhubaneshwar but in terms of ranking, exposure and placements, SRM takes the lead. It also offers many student friendly programmes so that you can gain more knowledge.

For B.Tech I am attaching the link of the placement record of SOA with all the company names, highest and lowest packages and everything else.

The placements are decent and good enough if you do well in B.Tech academics. Also placement has a lot to do with your branch. Computer Science students are the ones who are placed well. Companies like Google come but they only recruit the best. There was news about a tiff between TCS and the placement cell. But if you are joining this year it's nothing to be worried about.

SRM, Chennai is better amongst all the options but take admission if you get a seat through the counselling. Don't take admission through donation. It is a waste to pay 4 LPA. SRM is having different fee structure for students through management quota.
