In fact, for Patna Women's College entrance exam, you can prepare on your own too because the exam will not be very difficult. It is not confirmed to say that, but due to some lack of facility we can say that private university is better than Patna University due to its placements, scheduling, regulations, faculty and more.

MGM IMSR, Kamothe is a moderate college. However, you can make it your last option. The fee structure is quite low as compared to other institutes, so if you have financial constraint then MGM will be a good option.
