BIT Pilani cutoff list for the BPharm course is prepared as per the applicants BITSAT scores. Hence, the cutoff marks vary every year. The last round score for admission in 2023 was 135, which shows an improvement from 2022, where the closing score was 109 for the General-All India category. Aspirants who meet the cutoff criteria become eligible for admission.

Candidates must meet course-specific eligibility requirements for BPharm course. Candidates who have passed Class 12 or equivalent from a recognised board with Biology Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology as compulsory subjects and adequate in English, and obtained a minimum of 75% overall aggregate.
