BITS Pilani Goa BE admission is subject to merit lists. The lists are prepared based on candidate's past academic record, specialisation preference, availability of seats, and score in BITSAT exam. Candidates must make sure to have valid qulaification before beginning the admisson process. Class 12 with 75% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology, including Chemical Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and Electronics and Communication Engineering.

BITS Pilani Goa campus hasn't released any BE dates for admission in 2026. The dates are usually out in June. However, candidates can refer to the dates of BITSAT 2026 for BE admission. Candidates with a valid BITSAT score become eligible to apply for the Bachelor of Engineering course.

To get admission into the affiliated colleges of BITS Pilani via BITSAT, a candidate must have attained the minimum cutoff rank as per the cutoff list. The lowest closing rank has been released for B.Pharma course. The lowest cutoff rank stood at 161 for BITS Hyderabad, for the General All India category candidates.

BITSAT registrations usually open in January every year. The application form is not out yet. The entrance exam is to be conducted in May for the first session and June for the second session. Candidates are advised check the official website regularly to keep track of any updates on the admission schedule.

The total fee is inclusive of multiple components, such as security deposit, tuition fee, and more. These components are either one-time payable or annual-wise/semester-wise. BITS Pilani has a strict fee refund policy: no refunds are available after payment, and transaction fees are not refundable. Non-admitted candidates can request a fee refund by providing their bank account information. The BITSAT counselling fee is also non-refundable. Additionally, BITS Pilani offers merit-based tuition fee waivers: the top 4% of students receive an 80% waiver, the next 10% get a 50% waiver, the following 20% receive a 30% waiver, and the remaining students are granted a 15% waiver on tuition fees.
