See, for CSE branch, IIT-Ropar is better than the DTU as the faculty of the IIT is much more qualified than the faculty of DTU, in IITs faculty are double Ph.D and also they can offer you a letter of recommendation that you will be needed if you want to do your Master's degree abroad.

All the mentioned institutes occupy place in top colleges in India DTU and nsit would offer high chances to get placed with a good salary as they are located in capital city that offer proximity to HQ of various firms. IIT Ropar offer a brand IIT associated with it that would be helpful if you wish to go for higher education moreover ropar is now 8yrs old and do have a decent alumni base that is helping the institute with the high placement offer but not all companies visit ropar that are on list of DTU and NSIT. No, you cannot migrate to Army Institute of Law. They do not accept Lateral entry.
Admission in B.A. LL.B. is through counselling based on the rank obtained in Entrance test conducted by the Army Welfare Education Society.
