Mewar University, Rajasthan, isn't universally the best in Rajasthan; standing probably depends on the context. Compared to the prestige of state giants like the University of Rajasthan or MNIT Jaipur, in academia, it lags far behind in research.
Nonetheless, for private universities, it has a good standing; it offers a variety of courses at affordable fees (INR 30,000-1.5 Lacs per annum). Its merits could be in intense practical training, more especially in technical and vocational areas such as engineering or MLT. Placement is not so bad, with an average of INR 3-5 lakh.

In general, the CUET PG cutoff of Mewar University, Rajasthan for the year 2024 for M.Sc.'s was in the range of 150-200 marks out of 400, differing with respect to streams and categories.
General category cutoff for hot courses like M.Sc. MLT were around 180-190 while OBC stood at 160-170 and SC/ST at 130-150. The Singhania University, Rajasthan, B.Ed distance education might not be suitable for Karnataka government jobs. Degrees for teaching assignments should be validated by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). Singhania University's distance education B.Ed degree has been in question as far as NCTE approval goes. Karnataka state government job aspirants need NCTE- and UGC-recognized institution degrees.
