Candidates shortlisted for JJTU University admission are required to submit a set of specified documents at the time of admission. The list of the general documents required to be submitted at admission is as follows:
- Passport size colour photo
- Certificate and mark sheet of Class 10
- Certificate and mark sheet of Class 12
- Original Character Certificate
- Original Migration Certificate
- Photocopy of Domicile/Bonafide/State Subject

The total MBA tuition fee at JJTU University is INR 1.3 lakh. The university charges tuition fees on an annual basis. Besides the tuition fee, students are required to pay a one-time fee of INR 1,000.
