To get admitted in St. Xavier's College, Kolkata for B.Com you must have Mathematics in your +2 that is class 11th and class 12th Maths and English are the two compulsory subjects. As far as I know, St. Xavier's University, Newtown which was inaugurated last year provides B.Com degree, even if you don't have Maths. Kindly, check both the websites for further details.

It's impossible to get admission in IIM, Ranchi for distance education you can get admission in IGNOU but you need to clear the entrance.
