College is good for marketing.This year the placement is on a verge of 100%. Average salary 5.5 and highest is around 7. Companies like Vodafone, Airtel,Idea cellular, Janalaskhmi Microfinance, Anapoorna Microfinance, HDFC, ICICI Lombard,Naukri .com, National payment Corporation of India, General Insurance corporation of India,HCL Technology, Exide Industries, Tata teleservice, Bajaj Electricals, Havells India, Mahindra & Mahindra, Wipro, Pantaloons, Colgate Palmolive and many other visit the campus.

70 percentile is required in CAT for getting call in HRM.

Try to apply for two disciplines.You may get Marketing but not HRM.

Yes as i already said .Marketing is very high.But you may also get HR.

Both streams in XISS are good and this season both will be 100% in placements. It totally depends on you what you want to study.Since HR has a background of 60 years there alumini are into very high positions in corporates. But Marketing's history is only 10 years old but still the Alumni are doing reasonably well.
