It would depend on whether the private IHM follows NCHMCT guidelines. All the private IHMs listed on the NCHMCT website follows the same fee structure.

Hi, If you have done Diploma in Hotel Management (3-years duration) approved by National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology, then you can join directly in the 2nd year of B.Sc (Hotel Management).

Yes, sure, you can choose a college outside of Delhi of your choice. You can go outside of Delhi like Jaipur, Shillong, Shimla and so on.
