Long Island University accepts applications through the Common Application and admits students through two intake seasons, ie; Fall & Spring. While applying to LIU, graduate students are required to send the following documents:
- Completed online application along with $50 = INR 4,162* application fee;
- Transcripts from all colleges and universities attended and proof of degree of anticipated degree;
- Proof of English language proficiency testing (IELTS/TOEFL/PTE/Duolingo);
- SAT/ACT scores;
- Resume/CV;
- Two letters of recommendation; and
- GMAT/GRE scores (if applicable).

The acceptance rate for international students at the university ranges between 80% and 90%. The Chalmers University of Technology is considered the best university in Sweden.
