Yes, As per NCTE norms, regular teachers working in primary, middle, secondary or higher secondary schools in Tamilnadu, recognized by State/Central government, with a minimum of two years teaching experience are only eligible for admission into Annamalai University Distance Education B.Ed course.

Candidates who have passed a three year Degree Examination of Universities in Tamil Nadu and Such degree awarded by Member Universities of Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi for purpose of mutual recognition on reciprocal basis, after 10+2+3+ or 11+1+3 pattern and also recognized by Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University alone are eligible for admission to LL.B (3 years) Degree Course.

Please elaborate your question for better assistance, your nephew wants to change college in the second year? College change or university change after first year is completely dependent on college and university norms, some university allow it and some won't, plus you need to have good scores in first year to apply for the same. For further details, contact the college authorities.

Yes, many universities has curriculum for online BCA, so you can do more research on it, and find a decent university. Secondly, you can learn through online certification courses. So, go for it. All the best for future.
