Yes, RV College of Engineering, Bangalore is a good college. You can take admission there, it is a decent college with good placements and fees are around INR 1 Lacs 70 thousands through COMEDK. Hope you got your answer.

I would like to put them in this order:
1. RVCE, Bangalore (due to its placements and faculty)
2. MSRIT, Bangalore (Placements are good and infrastructure is also good)
3. TKM-Kollam (Placements are average.)

You can take admission without entrance exam, but that will take hefty fees upto INR 30- INR 35 Lacs under management quota. Hope you got your answer.

RVCE is better than MS Ramaiah in terms of placements, faculty members, Labs etc. Also, ranking of RVCE is better than MS Ramaiah. Hope you got your answer.
