BBA and BBM are graduation level courses and to get admission, you don't need to appear for a test. Admissions are allotted based on the class 12th scores and on merit. These courses are run by most universities.
MBA is a post graduate course and to get admission in it, one needs to have minimum 50% marks at the graduation level and clear the CAT/ respective state entrance test/ respective institute test.

Undoubtedly PMCH, though CNMC is considered as one of the top government colleges in WB. It's infrastructure for studies is very poor according to recent MCI reports. There were even controversies as MCI threatened to lower the seats for MBBS this year due to poor infrastructure.

Suvashree, getting a technical degree through correspondence is not advisable. Most of the organizations reject such candidates.
Either go for a regular M.Tech or a part time one. Admission to both is based either on GATE score or on institution specific test. In some private universities you can direct admission too on the basis of your marks in graduation.
Many universities have good placement records and some even offer scholarships to students on the basis of GATE scores as well as marks in graduation.

Dear Priyank,
Below are the basic details of both institutions;
University Of Lucknow or Lucknow University (LU) is affiliated to University Grants Commission; Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU); Association of Indian Universities (AIU); Distance Education Council (DEC).
National Post Graduate College is The only Autonomous College of Lucknow University.The College offers under-graduate and post-graduate courses.
If you ask me, I will go with Lucknow Universality, the reason, it is the direct body registered with all the governing & regulatory bodies of educations in India.
Hope it was of help,
Regards,
Arun Dev
