First, congratulations that you got a good rank. Yes, the chances are high ,there are many good colleges in AP like Andhra University, JNTU, Gayatri Vidya Parishad, aditya, etc. So , each college will have at-least 50 seats , in that case, you have chances to get SVU(Note: if other people who got good rank than you belongs to same caste didn't apply for AVU)
