Criteria is graduation from a recognised university and
Admission Process based on Merit based/ Entrance exam. Start with the books of class 11th and 12th NCERT, this will help you with basic concepts and understanding. A reference book called "Intro. to psychology" by Robert Baron helps alot for your entrance exam.

Hii Ariba, Which Scholarship are you talking about?
But there are many scholarships for undergraduation program.
You can also apply for NSP UGC Scholarship whose last date is 5th February (extended) and many other scholarships are there.
