I would suggest you look at the colleges, talk to the faculty and student, its history of alumni and facilities provided to the students. Also, what specialisation you want to opt for is important when considering colleges, because not all colleges are good for every department.

Yes, you can Pursue B.Ed regarding your major subject in under graduation. A graduation in any discipline with 50% marks (without rounding off). For general, OBC 45% marks for reserved category. All the Best for your future.

I researched online for the above question and I think that they are not accepting MAT score. It will better for you if you can directly contact the alumni member of the university through call/mail (secondary option).
