With a rank of 1389 and belonging to the OBC category, you have a good chance of getting a seat in the BA LLB program at Visakha Law College (VLC) in Visakhapatnam. The last year's OBC category cut-off for VLC's BA LLB program was around 2459.

Obtaining a free seat (usually under the convener quota) in the B.Tech CSE (AI & ML) programme at Gayatri Vidya Parishad College of Engineering (GVPCE) is unlikely for someone with an AP EAMCET rank of 72,735. Although GVPCE is a reputable school, there is fierce competition for popular programs like CSE (AI & ML). Candidates with significantly higher ranks often less than 10,000 usually get the first pick in these courses. There may be opportunities in less desirable branches or management quota seats, though. For a more accurate estimate, look up the GVPCE cutoff ranks from prior years.
