Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University, Andhra Pradesh has a total of 120 seats in BA LLB (Hons) course. Besides, there are 18 extra seats available for students. Out of the total intake, university reserves some seats for reserved category candidates. 50% of the seats are filled as per the rules of Andhra Pradesh state and 40% are allotted on All India Basis. Besides, the remaining 10% of the seats are allotted to foreign citizens, Non-Resident Indians or Non-Resident Indians Sponsored.

Andhra University has a better national ranking and accreditation, perhaps because its campus is somewhat bigger and has better equipment. It also has a larger number of fields of study that one can pursue. However, JNTU Kakinada provides an education setting that is more personal than the one in VIT Vizag, and has comparatively smaller classes and more focused attention by the members of the faculty. The classes for M.Com course in CAC, Andhra University start at 8pm and continue till 4pm with one hour lunch break from 1pm to 2pm. Classes conducted in batches. There is no evening classes. Timetable is soon released after admission gets over.

Students with minimum 45% marks at Class 12 from a recognised board are eligible for BCom admission. However, students should clear the cut-off based on the merit in Class 12. In case a candidate is unable to clear the cut-off set by Andhra university, they can check out other colleges offering online BCom courses
