You may hold on to the seat during the first round of counselling. Only change of course or / and college is permissible in the second round of counselling.
You don't need to surrender your seat for attending 2nd counselling.
You will mostly get a better preference after 2nd counselling. Seats are surrendered only in the case that you are not happy with the seat allotted to you after 1st counselling. Yes, but only after choosing a college or course that you want to choose over the one you chose in your first round, you can attend the 2nd one.
You can come back with the course from that particular college you chose in your first round al

Hello!you will get colleges in bangalore if you fill counselling form ,but colleges that you will get with your rank will not offer good placemnets.
