It's difficult to predict the exact round in which you might get admission to BVB College, Hubli for CS/EC branch with a COMEDK rank of 15411 in the general merit category. No, you don't have to pay management quota if you are seeking admission in a different stream than CSE in the same college. Generally, management quota fees is applicable only for CSE and other specialised courses.
