I am here sharing my strategy for you. Keep in mind that NET it is not at all tough. It is basics of whatever you have studied from 11th grade till your Masters. Mostly its about fundamentals. So in actual you don't require any hardcore studies. Further, NET is merit-based exam. So, you have to make sure that you prepare for the part which gives you higher merit for paper 1 and paper 2
For paper 2 I suggest you go for quality UGC NET Study material which have fundamentals as well as enough number of questions to practice. Assign enough time for your studies. Be consistent towards your efforts. It requires one-time effort to crack

You cannot join a college for cyber security course rather you can opt for Online courses from udemy or coursera or udacity or LinkedIn learning etc.

Yes, definitely you can take admission in any college. Maths is not compulsory to get admission in college especially in the commerce stream. But it would be great if you tell me, which course you want to pursue and in which University? So, I can mention the terms and conditions of that field. Gook Luck.

It is perhaps the very first thing to understand, follow the latest syllabus only and prioritize the topics based on difficulty level and significance. Time management
Start with those topics from UGC NET Commerce https://bit.ly/2Bs9VLn syllabus you find easy to comprehend, and then progress towards time taking one. Do not linger on one topic, seek help of your teachers or seniors or coaching to avoid wastage of time and to get proper orientation. Stay update with the latest changes and notifications. If you want to make your career as a lecturer or researcher then you can go for UGC NET exam. It is a National Eligibility Test for postgraduate students. To appear for the NTA NET 2020 exam, exam aspirants should have a Masters degree/Diploma with a minimum 55% aggregate marks if they belong to the General category or minimum 50% aggregate marks if they are from OBC/SC/ST/PwD/Transgender category. Candidates who are enrolled in the post-graduation can also apply for the NET exam. Aspirants must also follow age criteria for NET JRF I. e. 30 years. Both subjects are good, but it depends upon your interest in which field it lies. Taking maths or computer science is a decision to be chosen by you. Whatever you choose, I suggest you build a strong base on it for better future.
