Yes, you can do MBA with any degree (Science) but I recommend you to take B.Com it will help you during your MBA.

Yes, you are eligible to appear for the NTA UGC NET under Commerce subject. As per the rules of the NTA candidates who have qualified or qualifying their Post-Graduation are eligible to appear in the UGC NET Exam. The minimum qualifying marks in Post-graduation is 55% (general) and 50% (other-category)

NTA conducts the UGC NET Exam twice in a year in the month of June and December, with more than 80 subjects.
