Here is the stepwise process for commerce students to become CID officers in India:
1. Educational Qualification: Graduation. Although Criminology is deemed useful, any degree serves the purpose.
2. Upsc Examination: Need to prepare oneself for the Union Public Service Commission (Civil Services) Examination since this is the recruitment mode into police.

Eligibility for Admission to B. Borooah College Commerce Course
The eligibility criteria under which an applicant shall be eligible to take admission to the B.Com course at B. Borooah College include the following: Completion of 10 + 2 class schooling with any board and getting at least an aggregate of 50% will be required for admission to the B.Com degree course.
In addition to this, a candidate should also have studied Commerce as one of the subjects in 10+2.
Since you mentioned scoring 60 percent in Class 10, this score alone does not make you eligible for admission in B.Com course.
