Commerce course basically makes the students understand about the different aspects of trade, business, accounting and financial information that are related to transactions and merchandising.

The general answer to your question is NO; you cannot switch boards after 11th in any stream. The MP board has the policy that students cannot switch between boards in between, and it applies in all the streams. However, there are boards that offer this switching facility, but unfortunately, in MP board, you cannot. So you have two options now: either stay in MP board only and complete your 12th in the same or again start from 11th with CBSE board if you really wish to pass your 12th in CBSE. So the final choice is yours.
