Yes, you can definitely do 11th and 12th in commerce stream. Commerce stream needs to be available at the institute you are choosing. The fees depends on the institute you are choosing, whether it's of state board or central board. Although the average fees of good institutes lie between the range of INR 50,000 to INR 1 lacs yearly. Many of the institutes also provide optional subject facility to students like computer science, physical education, Hindi etc. You can choose any one according to your interest. Actuarial Science courses are primarily based on Mathematical techniques and coming from a non-math background will not help you meet the requirements for becoming an Actuary. That's why, Mathematics is a mandatory subject for Actuarial Science courses admission.

No, you cannot pursue BFTech course after completing Class 12 in Commerce stream. Only students who have completed Class 12 with Science stream can aplly for the course.
If you wish to pursue Design courses after schoolings, then you can apply for BDes course. It is a four-year bachelor's Design degree. You can also pursue BA and BSc with Design specialisations. These courses are open for students from all streams.

Yes you can pursue BSc Fashion Design after completing Class 12. If you had Commerce or any other stream. Though, BSc Fashion Design is a degree in Science, it is not required that you should have completed Class 12 with Science stream.

Yes, an Arts or Commerce student is eligible to apply for MCA course in many colleges. During MCA Admission some colleges may allow only those candidates who have studied Mathematics or Computer Applications as a subject in school. After completing BCA, they can go for an MCA course. This way a candidate with an Arts or Commerce background in school can pursue a professional course in the field of Science and Technology.

No you can not do B.Sc Nutrition and dietetics on the basis of 12th Commerce. this course required 10+2 with PCM/ Biology/ Biotechnology etc.
