Any course that you pursue, will require you to clear your backlog exams. Hence, your primary focus should be that.

Hello,
I believe by CS you mean Computer Science, B.Tech CS has absolutely no correlation with MBA Finance, in which case it will be an entirely new ball game altogether. Though you are eligible to apply and can pursue if you clear the entrance process successfully, finance is an entirely different specialised branch which opens up fields like investment banking, financial and accounting profiles, financial analyst, etc.
Why do you wish to take this diversion in career?

GRE is not a requirement for Germany. You need to be highly academic, 75% is preferred. In addition quality project work, research work, publications, any patent work, etc. must be demonstrated. Your application must be convincing. As an international student, you have to take the IELTS as well. The German language is preferred but not mandatory however if your profile is not too competitive I would suggest you take up to b2 level certification. Al
