After +2, a student is eligible to take the foundation course. Examination can be taken twice a year, in June and December.
Candidates who pass the Foundation examination are eligible to seek registration as students to the Company Secretaryship Course.
The course completes after a preliminary, intermediate and final examination.
Final examination can be taken after 18 months of enrolling in the course and having undergone satisfactory postal or oral tuition for the particular group of final examination.
Enrollment is open throughout the year. For appearing in the June examination, enrollment is up to September and for appearing in December examination, enrollment is completed by March.
Practical experience ranging from two to three years or Management Training for 15 months and four months practical training in a company which is arranged by the Institute is also required.
After qualifying for the final examination and undergoing practical training, a candidate is eligible to be admitted as an Associate Member.
Senior Associate members may be entitled to become Fellows.
Admission is open to anyone who has passed the graduate examination of a university in India or any other equivalent qualification or those who have taken the foundation examination.

Professional Programme
The students who would like to join the course after passing
graduation have to undergo two stages of the company secretaryship i.e.
Executive Programme
Professional Programme
Foundation Programme which is of eight months duration can be pursued by 10+2 pass or equivalent students of arts, science or commerce stream (excluding fine arts). Executive programme can be pursued by a graduate of all streams except fine arts.
Professional programme can be pursued only after clearing the executive program of CS course.

Admissions are competitive in Germany. The general procedure is online and you must apply visa university-ASSIST, it is the common application portal for applying to German universities. GRE is not a requirement for Germany. You need to be highly academic, 75% is preferred. In addition quality project work, research work, publications, any patent work, etc. must be demonstrated. Your application must be convincing. As an international student, you have to take the IELTS as well. The German language is preferred but not mandatory however if your profile is not too competitive I would suggest you take up to b2 level certification. Also, look up the DAAD website and attend their webinars, seminars, etc. for admission related information.
