For B.Tech CSE admission at Lovely Professional University, Class 12 marks do matter for the basic eligibility part but they are not the only factor, like not even close. Most of the time students are expected to have subjects such as Physics, Mathematics, and English in Class 12, and then the admission process may also consider LPUNEST or even JEE Main scores depending on the admission category and scholarship related stuff. So yes even if someone's 12th percentage is kinda average, they can still strengthen their chances by focusing on the entrance test and meeting the overall eligibility criteria.

No, you cannot pursue a regular LL.B (Bachelor of Laws) course without a bachelor's degree, even if you are a Company Secretary (CS) professional.
