Company Secretary is a statutory designation. Every listed company and every other public company having paid-up share capital of Rs 10 crores or more has to appoint the Company Secretary in whole-time employment.
This implies that one can definitely get a job into MNC.

Both the options are good. However, CS is better as - Every listed company and every other public company having paid-up share capital of Rs. 10 crores or more have to appoint the Company Secretary in whole-time employment. Hey freind,
The courses you have selected are very good. But at the end, you will get a licence to practice only one profession you finalise it .
Else, you will end with nothing a bunch of degrees only.
Because CFA is requires a different proff. study that can't be followed with CS+LLB.

Before enrolling for both the course together, you must know and understand the structure of both the professional courses.
Firstly, I would like to tell you about the Company Secretary course
The course comprises of three programs
Foundation program
Executive Program
Professional Program
After qualifying all the three programs, the candidates has undergo a practical training for a period of 15 months, in a company or CS firm.
After the 15 month training, the candidate has to go through another practical training for a period of 15 days in registrar of company, Stock exchange, SEBI, Company Law Board etc.
