Hi there. No, there is no problem in being a company secretary alone if you have in depth knowledge. However, most of the people and even firms prefer a CS with a LL.B. Degree over someone without it or any other course. A CS with LL.B. Will definitely have more knowledge and experience in the field. But it is not impossible to get a job without LL.B. Or other courses, you can go ahead if you can study with your heart and soul into it.

Well obviously having a CS along with a professional aw course is just another feather on one' s cap. However I would advise you to rather take CS alongside your law course. In the beginning MBA is a tag that allows you the entry in corporate world and gives you eligibility upvote for decent jobs ( I have seen big companies offering meagre 10k to 15k to fresh MBA candidates, only exception given to selected top B schools like IIM etc. , others are all same for them and candidates accept jobs to either get a brand name of the company or they have limited options)
After few years, you will find yourself at the same platform with colleagues who are not MBA but have equal work experience like you. You might also realise that the specialisation you chose in MBA doesn't interest you as far as that department is c
