Well obviously having a CS along with a professional aw course is just another feather on one' s cap. However I would advise you to rather take CS alongside your law course. As it would help you to cover the legal portion of CS without any extra efforts. As subjects are quite common for legal portion in CS that would not burden you with.

There are some key parameters that we should keep in mind before choosing any University, like, faculty, placements, international exposure, curriculum, alumni of that university. MBA is somewhat a higher and reputed degree which will open the door for lucrative jobs in the corporate world. Though the charm of MBA has not decreased, the management institutions are rampant especially in Cities. The point is that pursuing MBA has become easy than it was a decade ago. In the beginning MBA is a tag that allows you the entry in corporate world and gives you eligibility upvote for decent jobs ( I have seen big companies offering meagre 10k to 15k to fresh MBA candidates, only exception given to selected top B schools like IIM etc. , others are all same for them and candidates accept jobs to either get a brand name of the company or they have limited options)

The ICSE oversees the CS programme (Institute of Company Secretaries of India). The three levels of the CS course are as follows: 8-month Foundation Course 9-month Intermediate/Executive Course 15 months for the final/professional course Corporate professionals should take this course. Candidates aspiring to become a Company Secretary (CS), need to appear for the CSET exam. Students who have completed their 10+2 are eligible to pursue this course. There are three course levels in this exam, namely CS Executive Entrance Test, Executive course, and Professional course. Candidates have to first enroll in the CSEET, which is the course level one.
