Yes, there are many colleges to prepare for CS executive programme. The college is under Delhi University. And the question of attending those colleges just go and visit this college for study in coaching and if you are skilled then just do it yourself.

No such policy is followed in MNCs regarding your 12th class results. Companies refer to your resume/CV only. It's completely your choice whether you mention your marks of best 5 subjects or the overall aggregate of all subjects in your resume. Also, your class 12th marks does not hold much of importance while looking for jobs in MNCs. What matters the most is your skillset and knowledge so work hard on that if you want to get a good job in any MNC.

Hi Samaridhi the cutoff information for Integrated Company Secretary (Executive+ Professional) at ICSI Delhi is around -
The students needs to secure at least 40% marks on each paper and 50% marks in aggregate of all the papers for General Category and for other reserved category the marks must be at least 35% in both.

The CS Professional is the final stage of the Company Secretary exam, whereas the CS Executive is the second stage. The CS Executive course can be pursued by any graduate (except a fine art graduate). After clearing the CS Executive course, only you can appear for the CS Professional course. In the CS Executive stage, there are just two modules to be cleared to advance to the next stage. Since CS Professional is the last stage, there are three modules and one elective subject. You need to pass a total of nine exams to become a company secretary. The fee for a CS executive is around Rs. 10,000, whereas it is Rs. 12,000 for CS profession

The CS executive exam is challenging for all aspirants, as only 3 to 4 percent of them can make it to CS Professional every year. Hi Kabir ofcourse I can give you the complete list of the companies that come to hire and also their probation period alongwith approximately salary amount but first tell me about which college are you asking about. Usually all type of companies come but describe specifically.

Hi Ajmal ofcourse you can do CPA even while working as a company secretary. Talking about exemption from doing 2 year training for CPA Programme you can consult the institution and their guidelines so just go for it.
