Yes, CSE is available in DY Patil, Pune. For admission, first thing is your HSC score. If you have scored more than 50% in HSC and 70 marks in CET, you may get admission.

No, it is not perfect but better for placements. There is boom mainly for computer science and IT department and now a days somewhat for civil and mechanical, as I say its depend only on you how you present yourself at interview and in the whole academic session, what really matters for the placements here is your CGPA and your participation in extracurricular activities and your skills what innovative you do for that company and surely, you will be going to learn all these things in those 4 years.

As your rank is not so good, I think you also know that, so admission in NITs is not possible for you. But don't lose hope as there are many other colleges.

The candidates should have passed 12th (10+2) or an equivalent examination conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) or any state board or any recognised educational board with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks along with Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry/Biotechnology as mandatory subjects. All the SC/ ST candidates will get a relaxation of 5% marks. The candidates should clear JEE MAIN or RPET (Rajasthan Pre-Engineering Test) to get admission in the B.Tech programs. This is the admission criteria for B.Tech branch. According to your marks, you can easily get admission in it. Do like if the answer is helpful.

JEE Mains serves as the entrance exam for the various B.Tech/B.E programmes of NITs,IIITs and CFTIs and as the preliminary exam for the IITs. You can get into NIT's if you have qualified the JEE Mains exam. So, if you have qualified JEE Mains and secured a good or decent rank, you can get admission into our college.
