Actually the rank was very good which having a good chance of getting a seat in here but when coming to caste if there are members who are more prior category with high rank and low ranks the seat will be allotted to them. Yes, you can. For that, you have to join Diploma in Engineering on the basis of class 10th percentage. After 3 years, you will get admission in Direct second Year Engineering ( DSY) for 3 years. You can choose software branch for that.

No, this is not possible in any of the rounds for CSE as the competition is high, accompanied by your relatively low ranking for the position. You should try for non-technical branches for SIT, Pune or probably need to change your college preference.
