Yes, you can surely get admission for ME easily. It will be difficult to get CSE in a good college, but you would get in an okay college for sure.

Hello Divya,
As you have taken BiPC in your 12th standard you are not eligible to take CSE. Maths is a mandatory subject to study engineering. But you have an alternative i.e. Diploma (computer science) and B.Sc computers. You could choose any of these.
